Rick Townsend’ has been fighting for Georgia's families for three decades, as a teacher, coach, career-technology supervisor, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent, CEO of a college & career academy, and superintendent. He has worked at all levels of education from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grades. He has worked across the State of Georgia, from rural to suburban communities, and economically disadvantaged areas to wealthier school systems.
